Community That Welcomes You In

At Connections Peer Support, becoming a member means joining a community where recovery is rooted in shared experience, mutual respect, and hope. Membership is always free, voluntary, and open to any adult in New Hampshire who wants to explore peer support, build connections, and take part in wellness, enrichment, and recovery programs.

There’s no diagnosis or insurance required — just an open invitation to show up as you are.

MORE THAN A PROGRAM: A CONNECTION

Membership isn’t about signing papers or committing to a program. It’s about finding a place where your story is valued and your voice matters. As a member, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Participate in peer-led groups, workshops, and activities

Connect with others who share lived experience of mental health challenges

Access health and wellness programs, enrichment opportunities, and recovery services

Join community meals, art groups, advocacy programs, and more

Contribute to shaping the direction of Connections Peer Support through feedback and involvement

THE IMPACT OF BELONGING

Belonging to a supportive community can be transformative. At Connections, members describe the center as a place where they:

  • Feel heard, accepted, and less alone
  • Discover new skills, interests, and goals
  • Build confidence to navigate challenges and advocate for themselves
  • Experience genuine friendship and connection
  • Find both consistency and flexibility in recovery support

Membership means having a place to go where you are always welcome, whether it’s for an hour, a day, or longer.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP, YOUR COMMUNITY

Connections Peer Support thrives because of its members. The groups, events, and activities are guided by the interests and needs of the people who participate. By becoming a member, you’re not just joining a program — you’re shaping a community that is built on mutual support, shared learning, and hope.

We welcome visitors and invite you to stop by the center anytime Monday–Thursday from 8:30 to 5:30 or Friday from 8:30 to 4:30. Our staff and members will be glad to give you a tour and answer any questions you may have.
